All returns are processed as in store credit only! We do not give cash returns.

 

New Merchandise may be returned within Fourteen (14) Days of purchase. If defective, a staff member must be able to duplicate the defect. Once verified we will either exchange for the same type of item or process the total onto your account. For any other reason than a factory defect, New merchandise must be unopened and in original retail packaging.

 

Used: If defective, Used merchandise may be returned within Fourteen (14) Days of purchase. A staff member must be able to duplicate the defect. Once verified we will offer to Repair or Replace the item, or refund the purchase price of the item on your store account. For reasons other than defect, used software can be returned within Two (2) days and consoles / accessories within Five (5) days of purchase.

 

All returns are subject to approval, and at the discretion of, the Game Centre staff. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange for reasons that we deem appropriate.

 

Trades!

 

Our official trade policy is as follows:

 

All Cash or Store-Credit trades, you must have a valid, state-issued ID.

 

If under the age of 16, or without an ID, the individual must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 

All items are acepted at the discretion of the Game Centre staff, we may not be able to take your items due to other factors not listed here.

 

Cash or Store Credit can be decided at time of transactions; once processed as store credit, it cannot be redeemed for cash. All Store credit is kept in our computer system, and does not expire, or depreciate in any way.

 

Ocassionally, we may not have the cash on hand for purchasing product, due to high volume of cash transactions.

All trade values are determined by a variety of factors, including current retail price, current stock levels, and condition of product, and are therefore subject to change at any time, without notice.
